Event Rentals at the Younts Center

The Younts Center for Performing Arts is a premier destination for the performing arts, located in the vibrant downtown area of Fountain Inn, South Carolina. The center boasts state-of-the-art facilities, perfect for hosting a wide range of events, including touring artists, regional theater productions, dance studios, and private events.

 

With a commitment to excellence, the Younts Center is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for all of its guests. Whether you're planning a corporate event, a concert, or a private celebration, the Younts Center has everything you need to make your event a success!

In addition to our beautiful theatre, the Younts Center has THREE different spaces available for rent, all with their own personality and charm.

THE ATRIUM

Seating Capacity: up to 90 people

The Atrium, which also serves as the lobby to our beautiful auditorium, is a perfect space for rehearsal dinners, baby showers, parties, meetings, and much more. Take advantage of our serving bar, customizable lighting, and a collection of three synchronized televisions.

All one-day Atrium rentals include tables and chairs. Pricing varies based on set-up selection. Renters can choose to have the staff set-up their layout of tables and chairs for an additional fee, or they can do it on their own.

In addition to the included tables and chairs, you can choose to rent *linens from the Younts Center. Linen set-up is available at an additional $8.00 per person.

*Linens include table cloths, chair cover, and chair band. Additional items can be found on our a la carte menu.

THE BANQUET HALL

Seating Capacity: up to 90 people

The Banquet Hall is the perfect room for a party! With plenty of space for dancing the night away, enjoy receptions, birthdays, and more! Be sure to take advantage of our full-size industrial kitchen!

THE GRAINGER ROOM

Seating Capacity: up to 45 peolpe

Located on the second floor of the Younts Center, The Grainger Room is a more intimate space. Perfect for smaller meetings and showers, be sure to take advantage of our large television and kitchenette.

All one-day Grainger Room rentals include tables and chairs. With Grainger Room rentals, set-up is always included.

If you would like the staff to change the set-up from its normal layout, there will be an additional fee of $50.

In addition to the included tables and chairs, you can choose to rent *linens from the Younts Center. Linen set-up is available for the Grainger Room at an additional $8.00 per person.

Fees, Deposits, etc.

Non-Refundable Reservation and Cleaning Deposits

The Younts Center requires a $50 Reservation Fee and a $150 Cleaning Fee. Both fees are to be paid the day of the reservation and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Set-Up and Break-Down Timeline

All rehearsals, set-ups, decorating, break-downs, clean-ups, etc. must be done on the day of (or last day of) the rental unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon. 

A La Carte Items Available
